Manifesting with the Universe

The Archangels Offer Some Insight

I closed on the sale of my house this week!  I felt rich for about a day, before meeting with the mortgage company I met with the day after I closed that’s going to finance my new house, and there it went!  Still, what a rush!  It was also a long time coming.  As hard as I tried to remain calm before and during the selling process – and I did a pretty good job most of the time – there were days when doubt crept in, and I worried about how it would all turn out.

Honestly, I don’t know how anyone affords to buy a house these days.  If I hadn’t already owned a house – bought when it was easier to do so – I couldn’t have afforded to buy the new one.  The first home I bought, I got financing that didn’t require as big a down payment, because as a single mother and teacher, I didn’t have much money to play with, and I was thankful and a little proud I’d been able to swing it.  Then, I remarried, sold my house, put the profits into the house my husband owned, and I’ve lived here ever since. 

I never like this house, but he had more equity in his than I had in mine, so we sold my house and kept his.  It’s a great size for a family with three bedrooms and a HUGE backyard.  Since my husband died twelve years ago, I’ve wanted to move to a newer, smaller home, but I’ve held off all this time, mostly because my mother-in-law lives so close to me, and I help watch out for her.  Towards the end of last year, I started receiving guidance from the Angels that it was time to move, and she agreed, so I started looking.  The house I just sold is much too big for just me, and the yard alone is too much to keep up with, not to mention it’s about fifty years old now, and things are beginning to wear down.  Since I’m not handy when it comes to home repairs, I was headed toward some major expenses before much longer that I didn’t want to handle. 

I found what I wanted, and they’re busy building it.  It’s almost done!  When you’re buying a house that’s contingent on the sale of another house, it can be tricky.  If you sell the old house too soon, you might have to find another place to live until the new one is finished, which is a pain and costly.  I put down earnest money, so the builder will hold the new house for a limited amount of time, but they can’t hold it forever, so you could lose the house you picked out and all the details you requested in terms of colors, flooring, cabinetry, etc.  The thought of starting all over again was overwhelming.

When I started this journey, the real estate in my area was hopping! Houses were selling quickly and at a good price, but after the change in political administrations, I think people got a little spooked, and the market for housing all but shut down as people adopted a watch and see attitude. It’s a scary time to invest in anything right now, including a purchase as big and long-lasting as a house. We saw a lot of traffic, but I didn’t get any offers. Plus, as I said, the house is older. The roof is over twenty years old, although it doesn’t leak, and it shows some wear and tear. People who liked it were hesitant to take on an older home, and I don’t blame them.

I started to get a little worried.  I knew the Angels were working on it, and they also told me to work on manifestation for the new house and move.  So, I got to work.  My realtor gave me a researched price range.  We listed the house initially at the high end of that range.  After three weeks and no offers, despite manifesting like crazy, she suggested we lower the price, and we did.  If you receive my newsletter, you may already know this, so I’m sorry if it's repetitive.  By lowering the price, that also put it below the price I’d been manifesting, and I thought, “Well, so much for manifestation.  I obviously don’t know what I’m doing!”  Then, the strangest thing happened.

I received three offers, and two of them were for more than the lowered price.  I realize this happens, and for a while, it was pretty common, but it wasn’t common at the time or place where my house was located, so I was surprised.  The first offer fell through.  The second offer, was for $10,000 over the asking price and $5000 over the price I’d been manifesting.  After the inspection and appraisal, some work needed to be done to close the sale, and I agreed to pay part of the closing costs.  When those expenses were tallied, I was still ahead $600 on the manifested price, and that’s about what it’ll cost to pay the movers.  I closed on the deal at the price I’d been visualizing and working on with the Universe.  Wild, right?!

Not only that, but in exchange for paying part of the closing costs, the new owners agreed to let me stay here, rent free, through mid-May.  The builder told us they were running behind and the house wouldn’t finish until May 15th, although now it looks like it’ll be sooner – I find out today.  So, not only did I close on the deal for the price I manifested, but there will be no need to find a stopover place.  I’ll move from my old house to the new house, and it should be a smooth transition.  Life is good!

I’m starting to get the hang of this manifestation thing, I think, although I certainly don’t know everything, so I asked the Archangels to shed some light on how it works and who might be able to tap into it and how.  Their answer follows.

Question:  I’d like to write about manifestation and working with the Universe to make things happen.  Can you please help me?

Answer:

Many people think of manifestation as a means for getting something they want, and while that can be true, it also requires giving.  Additionally, it requires self-preparation in terms of raising your vibration to a point where your energy blends well with the Universe’s high vibrational energy.

We know we have been repetitive regarding the Big 4 – joy, hope, love, and peace – but some things bear repeating, and this is one of them.  If you wish to raise your vibration to access your Guides, discover psychic gifts, and manifest with the Universe, the Big 4 is a great starting place.  All pieces of the Big 4 are high vibrational.  When you center your life around the Big 4, your vibration rises.  The more joy, hope, love, and peace you bring into your life, the higher your vibration will become.  The better you become at maintaining high levels of the Big 4, the more stable your energy will be, and the easier it will be to work with the Universe.

As we have explained to our channel, there is nothing wrong with wanting more.  Not only is it characteristic of human beings to want to improve their lives in various ways, including materialistically, if doing so also adds to the Big 4 in various ways, as it often does, it can also add to you spiritually and energetically.  It is about balance.  If gaining more material wealth becomes an obsession to the point that you work too much, enjoy life too little, compromise your principles, and/or harm yourself or others, it will never increase the Big 4 in a sustainable way.

In fact, it will compromise the Big 4, which will affect you negatively in more ways than we can speak about here.  Without the Big 4, no amount of material gains and wealth will be enough for someone to feel satisfied, fulfilled, and balanced.  That is not success.  That is not an enjoyable life.  When someone is obsessed with wealth for the sake of wealth only, this is not manifestation, for the energy of such a person would not be conducive to working with the Universe.

When someone has material wealth, there may or may not be benefits to others, depending on what that person does with the wealth they enjoy.  However, if a person is wealthy in terms of the Big 4, their high vibrational energy is such that others are guaranteed to benefit, simply by being around them.

When a person with high vibrational energy works with the Universe on manifestation of something they want in life, not only will achieving their goal help them, it will enable them to be able to help others, also, in various ways, depending on how they wish to contribute to the world and those who live there. 

When our channel was asked to work with the Universe on manifesting something that would personally benefit her, we knew it would enable her to further benefit others, because she would see that manifestation is a valuable skill and be able to overcome any doubts she still had while building her skills and confidence.  Also, by manifesting a successful transition to her new home, her joy, hope, love, and peace would all increase, also.  She wants to help others, so the Universe wants to help give her the tools she needs in order to do so.  In the end, moving to the new house will not only help her, it will help her to help others. 

Once she is resettled, more opportunities will be sent her way for her to consider.  We will remind her as she moves forward to first consider how these opportunities will affect the Big 4.  She should only do the things that increase the Big 4, so that she will remain at a high vibrational level that is conducive to not only working on manifestation with the Universe, but helping others, as well.  So, as she continues to manifest, she will help herself, and she will help others, which also helps the Universe.  It is a positive, joyful, hopeful, loving, and peaceful cycle that benefits many. 

This is the beauty of manifestation.  As she asks for help, she gives it.  As she asks for Universal energy, she gives her own energy to the collaboration.  She provides a detailed vision, and the Universe sends her what she needs through many avenues, including people, places, services, ideas, opportunities, etc. to help her make her vision a reality. 

If you want to manifest with the Universe, as our channel is doing, work on raising your vibe through focusing on bringing in the Big 4.  Ground to the Earth and release any energies that do not serve you.  Spend some time rethinking your life and figuring out what you need to do in order to increase the Big 4.  Visualize.  When you are joyful and at peace, reach out to the Universe for help with manifestation, keeping in mind that it is not manifestation or what it can bring you that creates the Big 4 in your life.  It is the Big 4 at the center of your life that enables you to practice manifestation.

Final Thoughts

I remember when I was a single mother and didn’t have two pennies to rub together, I would pile my kids into my car and leave the apartment we lived in at the time, and drive them to school.  There was a lot of construction of new homes between our home and school, and sometimes we’d point out a house that we might pick to live in.  I told them then that it was okay to want a big house and more stuff, but the trick to happiness was to be happy with and grateful for what we have now, even as we are hoping for more someday. 

That’s kind of like manifestation.  You can’t be angry and bitter and expect to be successful in manifestation.  When you’re angry and bitter, you can’t even help yourself, much less help others or the universe, and that’s kind of part of the deal.  So, work on finding the Big 4 and integrating it into your life first, before you try to manifest something.  You’ve got to be in a good place first.

This is the first Friday of April, and we have a new intention for Friday night meditation with the Archangels, and it’s Courage.  Courage for ourselves, for each other, courage for the world in general as it goes through changes.  There’s no shortage of chaos to be found, but don’t get stuck in it.  We all get scared from time to time.  Ask the Angels, and join your energy with theirs to find courage during these troubling times of uncertainty.  Just call on them from wherever you are, whenever it’s convenient, and send out loving energy for courage.  They’ll gather it and make sure it goes to wherever it’s needed.
